Terms of use

• Points are a record of activity inside Gemzy. They are not money, have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or transferred between players.
• Points are awarded only after Gemzy's server verifies an activity, or after the ad provider confirms a rewarded ad was watched. Opening an ad, closing it early or a timer finishing does not award points.
• Daily limits, cooldowns and point values may change. Points awarded by mistake or through abuse may be reversed; every change is recorded in your history.
• XP measures progress only and cannot be redeemed.

• Rewards are offered only when shown as available in the Mini App, at the rate, minimum and limits shown at the time you request them. Availability is not guaranteed and offers may end.
• USDT withdrawals are reviewed and sent manually by a Gemzy administrator. Approval is not payment: a withdrawal is paid only when an administrator records the transfer with its transaction reference.
• You are responsible for entering a correct receiving address on the network you choose. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and funds sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
• Points for a request are reserved when you submit it and returned if the request is rejected or cannot be paid. A request may be rejected, for example for suspected abuse.
• Never share a seed phrase or private key. Gemzy will never ask for one.

• One account per person. Do not use multiple accounts, bots, scripts, emulators or other automation to earn points.
• Do not try to manipulate ad verification, leaderboards, competitions or referrals, or invite yourself.
• Suspected abuse is reviewed by a person. Accounts may be suspended and pending rewards refused after review.

Competitions rank players by verified activity under the rules shown for each competition. Referral rewards, if offered, apply only under the rules shown in the Mini App at the time and are not guaranteed.

$GEMZY is a planned token. No $GEMZY token has been issued, and points cannot be converted into $GEMZY. Nothing on this website or in the Mini App is financial advice or an offer of any financial product. Digital assets such as USDT carry risks, including network fees, delays and price or regulatory changes. Similarly named tokens are not affiliated with Gemzy.

Gemzy is provided as is and may change, pause features or stop. When these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page.
